to mac^^, you said you have this TMD before. could you pls share with me hows the treatment like? who to seek help n how much it cost? n are u fully cured? any side effects? tks in advance...
Sorry if my reply is lateThis is just infection between the joints on your Jaws. You can just visit any GP, where the doctor will give you some antibotics and painkillers.
It will take 1-3 weeks to recover.
I don't think there is any side effects unless operation is required.

The point is that he should be in a honourably role or just a patron cause rather than directly managing the outfit. As this outfit is operating as a business organization. I still dun understand why a top person (not only in this case) can hold so many posts and be at many places at any one time. Nature is fair, we all have the same 24 hours in a day and sharing the same Sun. Not more not less. Is there no other capable people around?
You have a point if he is trained with a MBA cert. I'm not commenting whether if he guilty or not guilty. Just that I feel we should know at this situation more objectively and with an open heart, looking at the Venerable in a holistic way.
Many of us just look at the report from the news and media. This maybe only a friction of what is happening and pointing their fingers based on their skeptical view.
Definitely, there are but how many are willing to spend their time and effort and need to be justifiable to what they have done. In the business world, one may only need to answer to his board of directors and shareholders, but in a non-profit organization, one need to explain clearly to his donors and public, otherwise he will be closely examined.

When they shot the photo of the NKF's current CEO's 'austere' room, I found the remark comical. Whatever comments the reporter wrote about her being thrifty is no longer convincing when I saw the size of her office room.
We need heroes like Mother Teresa to debunk these failures.
How many "Mother Teresa" is there in this world? No offence.I agree that Wislonhao make a good argument on Venerable Ming Yi. We should always give credit to his merituous work he has done over the years and not throwing everything down even when he is yet to be found guilty on his trial. We should not take this case in comparing with the infamous NKF saga.
Monks are 'naturally' poor in business management and this situation, Venerable Ming Yi may trust the wrong person for managing his charity organization.
In this realistic world, every charity organization is trying to run like a private organization, trying to grown and expand through the economical way; due to the fact that only the fittest one survives.
Loss in investment is also unavoidable, and I'm not sure if he has used some of the charity fund to cover that loss. That is subject to scrutiny of the court to expose this issue.
